When you contact us or fill out our move-in form, we collect your name, phone number, email, preferred language, move date, the addresses you're moving from and to, your household size, the package you chose, and any notes you give us. We never ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or account passwords. Please don't send them to us.
Nominations. The nomination form collects details about the nominated person or business, along with your name and email. We contact a nominee only once, and we never add them to a list without opt-in.
How we use it. We use your information only to plan and coordinate your move, reply to you, and send reminders you asked for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
AI tools. We use AI tools to help draft messages, organize your move plan, and research providers for your address. A person at Afigima reviews every message before it's sent to you.
Who we share it with. We share only what's needed with the companies you ask us to coordinate with, such as movers, internet providers, or utilities, and only with your permission. We also use service providers for website hosting, email, and AI tools, and they handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it. We keep a move file only as long as we need it to do the work you asked for, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If you want to know how long we still have a particular file, contact us and we will tell you. Notary records are kept as Texas law requires and can't be deleted on request.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing . You can stop reminders and updates at any time by replying "stop."
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
